[ 01 ] FOR YOU

Who this is for

You're doing fine.
But you're not giving it everything.

You are probably on the capable side. Good at your job, recognized by the people around you. Getting by has never been the problem.

Still, in quiet moments, you wonder: “Is this really it?” You sense you are nowhere near using everything you have. Somewhere out there, there must be something more interesting — something you could truly go all in on.

If that sounds like you, keep reading. This may be a place for people who want to raise their game another level in their twenties and find something they can throw themselves into completely.

[ 02 ] MESSAGE

The person you will be working next to is a founder who has done four disciplines with his own hands.

The one keeping
the lid on me was me.

For a long time, I was bad at business.

Dropping out of school twice, skipping the new-graduate job hunt, choosing nothing but starting my own companies — at the root of it all was a feeling that society would never really accept me, a wish to keep it at a distance. I fled its opacity and holed up in safe places where I could be the protagonist. For years.

And yet, through winding down two companies, I realized: the very belief that I was “bad at society” and “bad at business” was me putting a lid on my own potential.

Taking the lid off is scary. But nothing starts until you do. I carry my past with me while integrating the “society” and “business” I once avoided. And I want to give real support to people who, in the same way, want to take their own lids off and find a way of living they can go all in on.

Work at SARAI is that practice itself. Right next to me, you will dive into the front line of the business and build strength as you struggle. I believe it is the surest path to finding something you find truly interesting.

[ 03 ] MISSION

Where We're Headed

Turning self-actualization
into an industry.

Not efficiency or labor as ends in themselves — but each person's intrinsic deepening and self-expression flowing directly into the prosperity of organizations and society. We call that the “self-actualization industry,” and its creation is SARAI's ultimate goal.

It may sound grand. But what we actually do is concrete through and through: on the front lines, removing one by one the “lids” that block the growth of the business in front of us. Stacked up, those removals lead to a society where everyone can devote themselves fully to the value creation only they can do. That is our job.

[ 04 ] BUSINESS

What we're doing now

The first field we chose is Japan's recruitment agency industry. To be honest, it is neither glamorous nor cutting-edge. It is an old industry — still largely analog, unglamorous, with labor-intensive corners.

But that is exactly why the room for transformation is so large. Through a service called “CA Dojo,” we go deep into recruitment agencies to help systematize their marketing and management. And we have started developing the patterns honed there into products (SaaS / AI) that can become the foundation of the industry.

Full commitment to unglamorous fieldwork, and product development that builds the future. Doing both at once is what makes SARAI interesting. Neither pretty words alone nor short-term efficiency alone — we keep a long horizon while changing the reality at our feet, one step at a time.

[ 05 ] YOUR ROLE

What we want you to own

Share the front line of the business
that Baba currently carries alone.

What we want you to take on is the front line itself — the work that moves the business forward. Concretely:

  • Sales and proposals to clients

Listen to problems, deliver value, and close the deal

  • Post-sale delivery and field support

Get hands-on and stay with clients until results show

  • Setup and rollout inside client companies

Make tools and systems take root in the client's operations

  • Ongoing reviews and improvement with clients

Read the numbers and decide the next move together (CAPD)

An interest in technology and AI makes this job far more interesting. You do not need programming experience today. What matters is the drive to learn new tools and put them to work. We want to work with someone who can make AI and data their allies in growing a business.

[ 06 ] WHAT YOU GET

What you'll get here

  • Work right next to management

Grasp the whole business from beside the decision-making.

  • Work with many executives

Not only Baba — work in the field with founders and executives of the startups and listed companies he supports.

  • Sales through delivery, end to end

Build both the ability to sell and the ability to deliver results.

  • The densest growth of your twenties

For someone who works flat out and invests in themselves, few environments compare.

  • Feel an industry change

Experience an old industry changing under your own hands.

  • A place to finally go all in

The experience here becomes a foundation that pays off on whatever path comes next.

[ 07 ] WHO WE WANT

Who we're looking for

We'd love to work with someone who

  • Has strong fundamental working skills
  • Is drawn to sales and to working with people
  • Is positive about technology and AI (no need to be an expert)
  • Keeps learning and enjoys growing
  • Has a stable core of their own
  • Leans into work without narrowing their view
  • Works flat out — and invests in themselves beyond it

Honestly, it may not fit if you

  • Are fully satisfied with your current stability
  • Want to do only what is defined, exactly as defined
  • Are not yet ready to face business seriously

You went to a good school and got into a good company. You have actually worked there — and somehow it does not light you up. If that is you, this should hit home.
